We care about this rule considering we have two of the offenses on the schedule every year. And, yes, I do understand that, for the most part, our defense has held up their end of the bargain in contain it. But the cut block is such a loathesome thing. I’m still trying to wrap my head around how blocking at the knee on a somewhat unsuspecting athlete is an ‘acceptable’ thing to do. I don’t want the academies (and others) to not be competitive.
