Two former Boise State football players aren’t afraid to get their cardio workouts off the field. A Dallas Cowboys employee had to learn that the hard way.
DeMarcus Lawrence and Tyrone Crawford star on the defensive line for the Cowboys. Every Tuesday, the two ride their bikes to the team facility for an extra workout. According to The Dallas Morning News, it is a 35-minute ride through the hills.
The Cowboys tweeted a video Thursday morning detailing the journey from the perspective of team employee Shannon Gross, who was invited on the ride-along by Crawford.
