It was a pretty big coup when the Broncos secured the services of wideout Bubba Ogbebor in the class of 2016. In fact, the Broncos effectively passed on other talented wideouts who were ready commit so they could have a chance of landing the talented Texas wideout. Indeed, Ogbebor was one of a handful of true freshman to play in 2016 and it looked like with Thomas Sperbeck graduating, 2017 would be “the year of the jump” for Bubba. Well, it wouldn’t be the offseason without attrition, right?
Ogbebor—who had 1 catch for 8 yards in Saturday’s Spring Game—announced this afternoon that he’d be transferring; leaving the Bronco receiving corps a man down, but the cupboard far from bare.
