Kekaula Kaniho committed to the Broncos this weekend while on his official visit. Listed at 5’11 and 170lbs, Kaniho is listed as a 3-star athlete by Rivals. He passed on offers from Hawaii, UNLV, SDSU, Colorado, WSU and Vanderbilt to name a few.

Kaniho has an impressive resumé that includes All-USA Hawaii Defensive Player of the Year. He had 6 interceptions and 5 defensive touchdowns as a senior. He helped propel his Kahuku team to the Hawaii State Championships against Saint Louis, who was lead by QB Tua Tagovailoa, an Alabama commit. The Kahuku defense posted 6 shutouts this year and allowed just 9.
