Boise State senior wide receiver Cedrick Wilson was one of 46 players named to the Hornung Award watchlist Tuesday. The award honors the nation’s most versatile player, who can contribute in multiple ways.
Wilson came to Boise State last year from Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College. The 6-foot-3, 188-pound Wilson had 56 receptions for 1,129 yards and a team-high 11 touchdowns. He also averaged 13.2 yards per punt return on 10 attempts, plus was 2-for-2 passing for 84 yards, including a touchdown.
