It was not exactly an awe-inspiring performance Saturday, and Kellen Moore’s subpar game for the Dallas Cowboys caused the couch coaches to come out in bunches.
But the Cowboys aren’t listening, despite the sixth-year quarterback’s 8-of-17 showing against the Rams.
“We weren’t efficient enough, but we did manage to do some good things,” Moore said. “We still have a lot to work on.”
The Fort Worth Star-Telegram noted that “Moore is still the odds-on favorite to win the backup job as coach Jason Garrett and offensive coordinator Scott Linehan like his knowledge of the offense.
