The Boise State football team hopped back into the AP Top 25 on Sunday — landing at No. 25.
The Broncos (10-3) were rewarded for their 17-14 win against then-No. 25 Fresno State on Saturday night at Albertsons Stadium in the Mountain West championship game.
That’s the same spot the Broncos occupied when they lost to Fresno State a week earlier, 28-17 in Fresno.
Fresno State was the second ranked team Boise State beat this season. The Broncos also won at No. 19 San Diego State in October. They lost to then-No. 20 Washington State in triple overtime in their other game against a ranked opponent this year.
