Boise State coach Harsin: Modster, Wolpin making most of big roles in spring

The Boise State football team is more than halfway through its spring practices, having finished the eighth of 15 on Monday, and a few Broncos are starting to make a little noise.

Coach Bryan Harsin met with the media Tuesday — check out the full video here — and he covered a wide swath of topics, including some of the players who have stood out thus far. He had the most praise for two veterans at two positions full of unknowns and plenty of chances to earn some more touches.

One was junior wide receiver Sean Modster, whose eight receptions last season are second-most among the returning players in the group and the most currently in the spring with senior Cedrick Wilson out.
