Wisconsin's young O-line playing 'more mature' than age suggests

MADISON, Wis. -- A surface-level look at Wisconsin's offensive line suggests the unit could be in for a bundle of bungles, the combustible mix of youth and inexperience sure to wreck a college football season.

Consider that four starters in the opener against LSU were redshirt sophomores. The other played Division III football two years ago. The top reserve was a redshirt freshman who had never played in a college game. The seventh lineman was a walk-on listed as a backup at three positions.

It would be enough to make many ask: How is that group supposed to restore the Badgers' dominance in the trenches?
