MADISON, Wis. -- Wisconsin Badgers quarterback Alex Hornibrook didn't have time to consider the implications of failure when he entered Saturday's game to spark a stalled offense midway through the third quarter. He didn't worry about being minutes from losing at home to a five-touchdown underdog or the possibility of his team tumbling from the national rankings in one of the greatest upsets in college football history.
Instead, the redshirt freshman simplified his approach after being called on to replace fifth-year senior Bart Houston.
"I just kind of wanted to get us out of that jam we were in and win the game for all the guys," Hornibrook said.
