We graded and analyzed each Big Ten team, so it's only fair that we now turn the microscope toward ourselves.

And it ain't pretty.

This was yet another Big Ten season full of surprises that we just didn't anticipate. Iowa registering the first 12-0 start in school history? Michigan State knocking off Ohio State with a backup quarterback? A former walk-on beating out Joey Bosa for Big Ten defensive player of the year? We might be Big Ten reporters, but we're no fortune-tellers.

That being said, we didn't perform too badly in our projected standings.
