MADISON, Wis. -- Maybe Wisconsin's running game isn't in as dire straights as initially thought.

Two days after the school announced starting tailback Corey Clement would miss four to six weeks while recovering from sports hernia surgery, redshirt freshman Taiwan Deal stepped in with the breakout game of his young career.
