Several schools still pursuing committed CB Shaun Wade

DAVENPORT, Fla. -- Shaun Wade, the 14th-ranked player in the ESPN Junior 300, has been committed to Ohio State for over a year. That hasn’t stopped some of the top programs from around the country from pursuing the 6-foot-2, 175-pound prospect from Trinity Christian in Jacksonville, Florida.

Wade, who wasn’t able to participate at Nike's The Opening event in Orlando on Sunday because of a minor hamstring injury, said despite the attention, he still remains solid in his commitment to the Buckeyes.

“My commitment is 100-percent still,” Wade said. “The coaches (at Ohio State) just keep telling me to stay committed.
