PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Anthony Davis of San Francisco 49ers fame told Scout that Rutgers will be a common offseason stop during his time away from the NFL. Interested in a coaching career after his NFL career ends, Davis would be quite welcome at Rutgers say projected starters Dorian Miller and J.J. Denman.
Anthony Davis started at both guard and tackle directly under the watch of Kyle Flood during his three Rutgers seasons.
Back on campus and eager to help after five years in the NFL, Davis told Scout he would be happy to contribute to the program during his time away from professional football.
