The work on the recruiting trail for 2016 is complete, so barring a few late tweaks or transfers, rosters across the Big Ten are pretty much set with national signing day in the books. Despite losing Big Ten linebacker of the year Joe Schobert, the Badgers are absolutely stacked here. Vince Biegel should be a first-team all-league candidate after he finished third on the team with 66 tackles, second in tackles for loss (14) and second in sacks (eight) last season.
