Michigan's Jabrill Peppers a finalist for most versatile award

Michigan rookie Jabrill Peppers has caught the eye of just about anyone who's watched him perform one of his many tricks this fall. That list now officially includes award voters and former Heisman winners out of Michigan.

Peppers was announced as one of four finalists for the Paul Hornung Trophy, given to the most versatile player in college football, on Thursday morning. While listed as a defensive back on the Wolverines' roster, Peppers' role has expanded throughout the year to include punt and kick return duties, linebacker, running back, wide receiver and wildcat quarterback.

His 486 all-purpose yards don't quite stack up to fellow finalists Christian McCaffrey from Stanford and Adoree' Jackson from USC.
