Michigan's downfield connections boost confidence of Jake Rudock, WRs

Jehu Chesson spun a full 180 degrees, from facing one sideline to the other, as he tracked the 41-yard pass falling out of sky in Bloomington last Saturday. With a little more than a minute left in regulation, Chesson hauled in another long pass from quarterback Jake Rudock and kept rotating his way down to the 1-yard line. Four plays later, he scored a game-tying touchdown on fourth down as time expired.

The senior’s two catches in crunch time of No. 12 Michigan’s double-overtime win at Indiana were just a small fraction of the Rudock-to-Chesson record-setting connection last weekend.
