Michigan State's men's and women's home basketball venue is about to get a massive face-lift thanks to the school's board of trustees.
According to Matt Charboneau of the Detroit News, the board of trustees approved a $50 million renovation plan for the Breslin Center that is expected to be completed in the summer of 2018: "At the project's center is the construction of a 26,000-square-foot addition that will house the MSU Basketball Hall of History. Located on the southeast side of the Breslin Center, the hall will highlight team and individual accomplishments of the men's and women's basketball programs.
