But while the Terrapins may take a back seat to Georgia and head coach Kirby Smart, Virginia Tech and Justin Fuente, whoever winds up at Miami (Fla.) and potentially, a number of other soon-to-be filled vacancies when it comes to grabbing attention, there's a lot to like about Maryland's hiring of Michigan defensive coordinator D.
