The junior rolled in and out of the sixth-floor press box at Memorial Stadium for his appearance at Huskers’ weekly press conference. No word on whether Armstrong crossed paths with Mike Riley -- or the coach’s thoughts on the motoring skills of his quarterback.
The Big Ten leader in touchdown passes and passing yards, Armstrong quickly refuted a reporter who asked if the QB used his new NCAA-approved, cost-of-attendance stipend to purchase the device.
