This week we’ll be sorting through the roster of each Big Ten team to search for the biggest gaps that need to be filled in the 2016 season and how each coaching staff is working to address them during the final weeks of recruiting season. Next on the list is Michigan State.
Biggest need for 2016: The Spartans' offense has produced back-to-back Big Ten receivers of the year with Tony Lippett and Aaron Burbridge. Both outperformed expectations in their senior seasons, Burbridge with 1,258 receiving yards and Lippett with 1,198. Michigan State will be looking for another breakout pass catcher next fall.
