Connor Cook says his throwing shoulder is feeling fine, but the Michigan State quarterback isn’t going to elaborate much further than that while preparing for Ohio State this week.
“My shoulder is good,” he said Tuesday afternoon. “I'm going to be ready to go, so there is no issue with that.”
Cook expects to play. His head coach, Mark Dantonio, expects him to play. And the Buckeyes are confident enough that they’ll see him that they aren’t spending much time thinking about an alternative situation.
“He’s a competitor, he will play,” Ohio State co-defensive coordinator Chris Ash said Monday.
