The Big Ten held a plurality of spots in the AP Top 10 throughout the month of October. It started November with five programs ranked among the country’s 12 best teams, according to the College Football Playoff committee. That has meant lot of marquee matchups, and this Saturday is no different.
The league’s fourth top 10 head-to-head meeting of the season comes in Columbus where the No. 6 Buckeyes host No. 10 Nebraska (8 p.m., ABC). It’s an interdivisional matchup that could have major implications for the race to Indianapolis in the East and the West. Plenty of TV sets in Madison and Ann Arbor will be tuned in for the nightcap this weekend.
