The Mohegan Sun Arena was home to one Big East team last week as the Villanova Wildcats played three games there, winning two of them. Now the arena will also be hosting another team from the conference, as the UConn Huskies will be taking part of the Legends Classic, which started on Tuesday.
The Huskies enter the event undefeated after winning their first two games. They rolled past Central Connecticut in their season opener 102-75 while shooting 55.9 percent from the field. Then in their most recent game they beat Hartford 69-57 thanks to their guards.
