LaPrise was the BIG EAST’s points leader last week, totaling 13 off nine goals and four assists in a 2-0 road swing at Marquette. In Friday’s 14-13 victory in Milwaukee, the junior scored back-to-back goals with seven minutes to go to put the Huskies back in front, 13-12, and they never trailed again. She finished that contest with a BIG EAST weekly-high six goals to go along with two ground balls. In Sunday’s 18-13 win, she tallied seven points off three goals and four assists, with the four dishes being the second-highest total in the conference last week.
