With the way a crowd of almost 18,000 fans packed Madison Square Garden--the most over in decades for a St. John’s Red Storm-Georgetown Hoyas regular season game at the World’s Most Famous Arena--you would have thought it was a Big East Tournament game in March. Fans from both sides were rowdy from the get go, and there was never a dull moment at the Garden, in what was a back-and-forth rivalry game.
