BIG EAST Player and Freshman of the Week
Noah Plenn, St. John’s, R-Fr., A (Cape May, N.J.)
Plenn put on a show in a pair of wins for the Red Storm, totaling 11 points on the week. On Tuesday against Quinnipiac, the redshirt freshman totaled eight points with five goals and three assists. The point total set a St. John’s program record for points in a game by a freshman, since reinstatement in 2005. Plenn followed it up with a goal and two assists in a 9-8 win over Hofstra.
