NEW YORK – Seton Hall’s Wenliang Xie was named BIG EAST Male Golfer of the Week and Creighton’s Katie Allen has earned BIG EAST Women’s Golfer of the Week honors for the second week of the fall season.

Wenliang Xie, Seton Hall, Fr. – In only his second collegiate tournament, Xie claimed the individual title at the Hartford Hawks Invitational. He entered the final round in a tie for first place, but pulled away to win the event by firing a 3-under 69.
