INDIANAPOLIS - Seton Hall men's basketball rising senior Romaro Gill was a representative for Seton Hall and the BIG EAST conference at the annual NCAA National Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) meeting this past weekend at the NCAA's headquarters. Gill is the first Seton Hall student-athlete to be selected to represent the BIG EAST at this national meeting.
Gill and the other attendees had three days of meetings that included updates from the NCAA national office, 2019-20 SAAC priorities, discussions about recruiting and transferring, SAAC feedback on the legislative process, reports from each conference representative on conference/school initiatives and more.
