MBB Minute -- Butler, Georgetown, St. John's Pick Up Wednesday Wins

Butler handed Seton Hall its first home loss of the season Wednesday and moved into a first-place tie in the league standings despite a record rebound performance by the Pirates’ Angel Delgado.

The Bulldogs are 7-2 in BIG EAST play and tied with Villanova for the top spot after a gritty 61-54 win at Prudential Center. With the scored tied 49-49 with 4:49 left, Butler went on a 9-0 run to secure the victory. Andrew Chrabascz scored a game-high 16 points and guard Kethan Savage added 15 points and 10 rebounds. Seton Hall’s Angel Delgado became the first player in BIG EAST history to have two straight games of 20 rebounds or more.
