After a tough loss against Providence, Georgetown will look to bounce back against Butler.
The Georgetown Hoyas had a big chance to give themselves some breathing room in the BIG EAST standings when they faced off against Providence on Saturday. The Friars and Hoyas were neck and neck in the standings and the win would have done wonders for a Georgetown team that has been riding through a razor-thin margin for error.
But ultimately they fell short, as they lost 73-69 to put their record to 13-9 and dropped to fourth in the BIG EAST standings.
