Georgetown Men Remain Ahead, Villanova Women Extend Lead After Day Three of #BIGEASTswim Championships

EAST MEADOW, N.Y. – The Georgetown men maintain a slim lead over Xavier after three days of competition at the 2019 BIG EAST Swimming and Diving Championships presented by Jeep. The Hoyas have amassed 522 points to the Musketeers’ 500.5 points. The Villanova women have increased their lead to 671.5 points over second-place Xavier with 449 points. The Wildcats captured gold medals in each women’s event on Friday.

Villanova’s Kelly Montesi and Elise Pidutti went one, two in the 400 individual medley race, each securing NCAA B-cut times of 4:10.
