NEW YORK – After St. John’s and DePaul clinched a berth in the 2019 BIG EAST Softball Championship presented by Jeep last weekend, two spots remain to complete the field. The four teams vying for the final seeds this weekend are Creighton, Providence, Seton Hall and Villanova. Three of the four BIG EAST series’ finales will broadcast on the BIG EAST Digital Network (BEDN). Coverage on Sunday will begin at noon ET between DePaul and Villanova, St. John’s and Butler and Seton Hall at Creighton.
Butler (15-31, 3-11 BIG EAST) finishes its regular season hosting league-leading St.
