The Northwestern Wildcats sprung off a 25-0 run in the second half, as the DePaul Blue Demons saw a huge lead evaporate before their very eyes. The Blue Demons took a brutal loss on the chin, falling 75-68 to the Wildcats at Welsh-Ryan Arena in Evanston.
Things were going great for DePaul, and I do mean that unironically. The Blue Demons were up 12 on the Wildcats at the half and maintained their lead through the first few stanzas of the second half. But Northwestern went on a tear and the Blue Demons had absolutely no answer for it.
