Creighton blows out St. John’s in Queens

Creighton used a tremendous second half performance to blow out St. John’s on Thursday night.

With the Red Storm playing host to the Bluejays in Queens, Creighton took what they wanted from the Johnnies and then some. After playing a little sluggishly in the first 20 minutes, the Bluejays were anything but in the back half of the game. The Jays shot 68.8 percent (22-32 FG) from the field and 75 percent (6-8 3PT FG) from deep to soar to a 94-76 win.

St. John’s just could not keep up with the Bluejay effort in the second half.
