NEW YORK – Butler’s Patrick Allgeier and Lauren Tibbets have earned BIG EAST weekly golf honors. Allgeier took BIG EAST Male Golfer of the Week accolades and Tibbets was named BIG EAST Female Golfer of the Week. Both turned in impressive performances in the Butler Fall Invitational.

Patrick Allgeier, Jr., Butler – Allgeier led the Bulldogs to a win in the Butler Fall Invitational at the Highland Golf Club by finishing second individually with a 2-under-par 208. He carded a 73 in the first round and followed with a 66 and 69.
