Marquette Makes History
Sporting a 6-1 record, Marquette improved its position in both national polls this week, claiming the program’s highest ever ranking. The Golden Eagles earned an empathic win over then-RV/RV Michigan on Sunday and moved up two spots in Tuesday’s USA Today Coaches Poll to No. 15 – topping their previous best of No. 16, set in the Associated Press Top 25 in January of 2007, and matched last season (11/14/17).
