For the first time since 2014, at least two BIG EAST teams have advanced to the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament Second Round as No. 7 seeds DePaul and Creighton won their respective tilts today. The Blue Demons topped 10th-seeded Northern Iowa 88-67 in Starkville, Miss., moving on to face second-seeded host Mississippi State on Sunday. The Bluejays dispatched 10th-seeded Toledo, 76-49, in Corvallis, Ore., to earn a date with second-seeded and host Oregon State on Sunday.
