In the only BIG EAST action on Sunday, Providence outlasted DePaul 95-90 in double overtime at PC’s Alumni Hall.
The Friars (6-3, 2-1 BIG EAST), who have been anchored this season by David Duke and Nate Watson, got an important third contribution from A. J. Reeves, who scored 22 points. His 3-pointer in the final seconds of regulation forced the game into overtime. Duke finished with 24 points and six assists. Watson had 18 points and 14 rebounds.
