NEW YORK -- Providence and Butler moved on to the semifinal round of the BIG EAST Men’s Soccer Championship presented by Jeep with first round victories on Saturday. Both winners shutout their opponents. Providence knocked off No. 6 Marquette, 3-0, at Chapey Field at Anderson Stadium in the afternoon opener.
