WASHINGTON, D.C. – No. 1 seed Georgetown and No. 3 seed Providence meet on Sunday in the final of the 2019 BIG EAST Men’s Soccer Championship presented by Jeep. The game will air on FS2 at noon with John Fanta, Jamie Watson and Meghan Caffrey on the call from Shaw Field in Washington, D.C. The Hoyas are looking to make it a three-peat, while Providence is looking for title No. 2 overall.
Georgetown won the regular season with a 7-0-2 record. Providence finished third in the standings at 6-3-0. The Friars come into the contest on a six-game winning streak.
