With its biggest tests still to come, Oklahoma's secondary is ready to hunt

NORMAN, Okla. -- Oklahoma safety Ahmad Thomas' explanation for the reason the Sooners' secondary calls itself "The WolfPack" underscores the mentality that has become the foundation of the Big 12's top-ranked pass defense.

"One wolf is not strong by itself," Thomas said. "The strength of the pack is the wolf, the strength of a wolf is the pack."
