Three questions for the West Virginia Mountaineers this spring

West Virginia opens spring practice on Tuesday, the seventh Big 12 team to return to work since bowl season. Here are three questions to consider as the Mountaineers move toward their April 15 spring game.

1. Can Will Grier and Jake Spavital revolutionize the WVU offense?

The Mountaineers won 10 games last year in spite of an offense that rated in the middle of the pack by most measures. Skyler Howard at quarterback was more than serviceable and provided WVU with a dual-threat option, but coach Dana Holgorsen wants more from the passing game than 257.
