Texas Tech released its Week 1 depth chart Sunday night. You can see the depth chart in its entirety here on pg. 10.

A few quick observations:

• The Red Raiders didn't declare a starting quarterback on the depth chart, listing Davis Webb "or" Patrick Mahomes as the starter.
