Seven questions with Texas assistant Jeff Traylor

The Texas Longhorns signed the nation's No. 10-ranked recruiting class in 2016, thanks to one of the most impressive 48-hour finishes to a class in recent memory. The Longhorns signed eight four-star prospects, including seven ESPN 300s, and one of the reasons for their success was Jeff Traylor. Traylor came to Texas in February 2015 after a stellar career at Gilmer High in East Texas, where he won three state championships and produced three undefeated seasons in 15 seasons (2000-14) before arriving in Austin.

Traylor’s addition to Texas was felt in more ways than one.
