Turns out TCU and Baylor weren't the only legitimate College Football Playoff contenders in the Big 12.
No. 14 Oklahoma State put a major stamp on its playoff resume with a 49-29 win over No. 8 TCU in a battle of Big 12 unbeatens at Boone Pickens Stadium on Saturday.
The game turned when… TCU quarterback Trevone Boykin dropped back and threw his sixth pass of the game into the waiting arms of Oklahoma State linebacker Jordan Burton. Boykin’s interception, in a vacuum, wasn’t game-changing yet it was a sign the Heisman contender could be off his game against the Cowboys.
