STILLWATER, Okla. -- On more than one occasion Mason Rudolph stepped on the field for the first snap of the game and then watched as J.W. Walsh led the Oklahoma State offense during a key moment of the 2015 season.
The Cowboys' two-quarterback approach worked brilliantly, helping Oklahoma State to a 10-win season with Rudolph and Walsh working together to help overcome a shoddy running game.
Now, it’s Rudolph’s team.
The junior quarterback is, unquestionably, the man behind center for Oklahoma State as the Cowboys opened spring drills this week in preparation for the 2016 season.
