A lot of fall camp buzz has surrounded the presence and play of Devonte Fields, the former Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year that arrived in Louisville just days before the start of practice.
Following eight days of work, the 6-foot-4, 235-pound outside linebacker visited with the media to discuss his first fall camp at Louisville.
"I'm just enjoying myself," he said. "Happy to be here."
It was a unique road that eventually led Fields to becoming a Cardinal. Following that stellar rookie season at TCU, off the field issues led him to leaving the Horned Frogs program three games into his sophomore season.
