STILLWATER, Okla. -- Mike Gundy has grown accustomed to spending part of his offseason searching for a new member of Oklahoma State’s coaching staff.
The Cowboys' head coach watched Dana Holgorsen, Todd Monken, Doug Meachem and many others head elsewhere to further their careers, forcing Gundy to fill the void with a new voice in Cowboys’ coaching meetings during each of the past five years.
“It’s a headache to try to go out and find quality people that fit,” Gundy said.
This fall, Oklahoma State will return its coaching staff intact for the first time since 2006, Gundy’s second season in charge of the Cowboys program.
