Well, the Big 12's playoff hopes officially became a long shot. Tuesday, the College Football Playoff selection committee unveiled its first set of rankings, and no Big 12 team cracked the top 10.
Oklahoma came in at No. 14, and was followed by Baylor at No. 17, Oklahoma State at No. 18 and West Virginia at No. 20.
